Starting Kindergarten is an exciting time in a young child’s life, filled with new experiences and opportunities to learn and grow. Kindergarten registration at the York Catholic District School Board is now open for the 2022-23 school year that starts in September. Parents and guardians can register their child online at: http://www.ycdsb.ca/admissions
This year, we are excited to announce that the SPL Christmas Ornament Raffle is back! The Christmas Ornament Raffle is a longstanding and much loved tradition at St. Paul for our students and staff.
Families are encouraged to donate a new Christmas ornament if possible. All ornaments should be brought in by Monday, November 22, 2021.
This year as in previous years, the progress reports will be available through the parent portal on Tuesday, November 16th, 2021 after 4:00 pm. To access this portal, please visit our school’s website, and click on the parent’s link in the top banner. From the Parents page, you will find a link to “Maplewood Parent Portal ConnectEd” on the right hand side.

November 15 – 18 is Bullying Awareness and Prevention Week @ SPL. This week students will be engaged in a variety of positive peer relationship activities to help promote safe schools and a positive learning environment. Many thanks to our Student Government and staff for organizing these great activities.
November 8th is National Indigenous Veterans’ Day, a day of remembrance and commemoration of the contributions of Indigenous Veterans. November 11 is Remembrance Day is a day for all Canadians to remember the men and women who served and sacrificed for our country.
