Dear Parents/Guardians,
York Region Public Health will be here at St. Paul on September 28, 2017 to administer immunization vaccine to all students in grade seven for Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) and Hepatitis B. Second doses of vaccine and vaccinations for Meningococcal A,C,Y,W-135 will occur in the spring. Consent forms were mailed to families directly from York Region Public Health and are to be returned directly to them. Please direct any questions regarding vaccinations directly to York Region Public Health.
