York Region Public Health is offering an immunization clinic at St Pauls school for Hepatitis B, HPV & Meningococcal vaccines. Vaccines are available for free to students in grades 7 & 8.
The Scheduled clinic day is Monday September 26th and it’s not too late to submit a consent form.
If your child was vaccinated at a YRPH public health catch up clinic (in 2021 or earlier in 2022) please submit a new consent form to ensure they can be immunized at school.
